- Stock and retain all necessary service elements for high volume bar clientele,

- Excellent working knowledge of point of sale systems
- Excellent working knowledge of wine, spirits and hand crafted signature cocktails
- Must possess professional appearance
- Must be able to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent guest service skills and a good sense of urgency
- 3 or more years serving experience. High volume preferred.
- Serve Safe qualified
- Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Resourceful and organized with clean work habits & attention to detail
- Handle pressure well along with the ability to set priorities and make decisions based on quality.
