YES Prep needs a dynamic Student Recruitment Coordinator with a diverse set of experiences, to make our mission a reality. To put it simply, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting students and families for a life-changing educational opportunity and ensuring that all YES Prep campuses are 100% enrolled on the first day of school.
THE ROLE
Ensuring campusesare 100% lottery-ready in all grade levels (2:1 applicants to open seats) by the week beforethe lottery launches.
- Leading ground game recruitment throughout every quarter to close the gap of interest forms, applications, acceptances, and filled seats in every grade level for the campus assigned.
- Tabling at community events and business (at least 5 a week)
- Car-rider lines (multiple throughout the quarter)
- Business canvassing
- Calling prospective leads and applicants (daily with tracked results)
- Planning and supporting in-person events (including family tours, informational sessions, etc.)
- Creating, maintaining, and executing campus recruitment plans which include setting goals and tracking the ROI of individual recruitment efforts
- Speaking to prospective future families about the mission, academic, and cultural experience of YES Prep
- Assisting future families with application completion or signing up for a campus tour or visit;
- Being on time to, setting up and breaking down recruitment events within the community
- Communicating and documenting results of recruitment efforts;
Follow up and provide outstanding customer service to 100% of new family leads.
- Coordinating lead tracking and sharing with campuses, including following up with leads via phone/email/text and ensuring campus teams are responding promptly
- Assisting new family leads with taking the next steps, including applying, scheduling family tours, or attending campus informational session
- Engage community assets (including businesses, daycares, churches, etc.) within 5-miles of assigned campuses
- Provided list of partnerships and contact information to campus Operation teams
Provide support for Recruitment and Enrollment team day-to-day operations
- Supporting annual lottery application launch configurations, processes, and trainings;
- Assisting the Manager of Enrollment Operations with Student Recruitment and enrollment procurement needs, system-wide enrollment events including Welcome nights, campus parades and registration days;
- Maintaining and responding to the YES Prep system lottery and enrollment email inboxes for elementary and secondary;
- Responding to and troubleshooting campus support tickets submitted via ticketing system.

THE PERKS
- Compensation – This position is a non-exempt, hourly position; offers commensurate with experience.
- Health and Supplemental Insurance – A $0 monthly medical option that includes $600 towards a Health Savings Account, in addition to a variety of supplemental benefits including Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, etc. Employees must work 20+ hours a week to be eligible for a full spectrum of benefits, and 10 hours a week minimum for medical benefits.
