As a member of the medical education leadership team, the Student Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility for the management of the Student Program. This position partners with Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) Leaders, ICOM Regional Dean, Graduate Medical Education Leaders, clinic leaders and clinicians in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the educational program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements while continuously identifying areas for programmatic improvements. The Student Program Coordinator collaborates with other GME Leaders, Residency Coordinators, and other training coordinators to ensure alignment between programs. The Student Program Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the program and medical student onboarding activities. The Student Program Coordinator participates in long-range planning and development of the program, provides financial analysis, and serves as a resource to medical students to ensure they receive an excellent learning experience.

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Or equivalent education/experience.
- Training Administrators of Graduate Education (TAGME) certification when available upon hire.
