Form of workSouthern New Hampshire University is currently seeking ten student workers for a Mail Clerk position. The Mail Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all University mail and packages while also providing customer service to students and staff.

- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist students and staff with pickups and drop-offs
- Answer mailroom phone: may include SNHU switchboard
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Use critical thinking to find best solutions and practices for mail services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a degree program at SNHU
- Ability to lift packages up to 40lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Preferred but not mandatory: Previous mail room experience using postage meter and handheld scanners
