STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Student Experience Coordinator will oversee the Student Onboarding Process for the Education Department. The Coordinator will serve as the intermediary between Sun Life and Universities/Professional schools, and will be responsible for scheduling, onboarding, and coordinating students within the organization. The Coordinator will support the Education Department Assistant with all the student onboarding processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee the Student onboarding process
- Handle the Sun Life non-employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Support the Education Department Assistant with Student Interns/Externs
- Serve as a liaison between Sun Life Health preceptors and schools/universities
- Maintain record of student loaners laptops and accessories
- Assist preceptors with completing requested documents from schools/Universities
- Support students and school coordinators throughout entire onboarding process from beginning to end
- Keep track of preceptors Student Rotations Calendar
- Perform all other related duties as assigned or requested
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Great Customer Service Experience
- Comfortable speaking and presenting
