Job Title: Business Office Student Admin
Division: EVPRP
Department: Birck Nanotechnology Center (2 positions available)
Remuneration: $12.00/hour
Schedule: On Campus or Hybrid with a total of 10-15 hours per week
Qualifications: Must be actively enrolled at Purdue University; strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and work within deadlines; ability to work independently and with a team; ability to be timely and organized; strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
Duties/Responsibilities: Process incoming invoices for payment; place orders in Ariba procurement system; run monthly reports for account managers; communicate with Business Office, Purdue departments, and vendors via email; check mail on campus weekly; scan archived files and coordinate shredding; complete the duties as assigned
