Job Description
The Latitude Therapy aims to have a positive supporting environment utilizing the principles of ABA to foster children’s growth. This position requires the ability to lead, collaborate, communicate, develop and multitask, while possessing an unwavering commitment to compassion and the ability to continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care. The therapist will be a part of the clinic leadership team with job tasks including at least 20 billable hours with clients in the clinic per week and 10 hours of administrative time. These tasks may include restricted or unrestricted activities. In addition, general daily clinic tasks such as helping with daily scheduling, responding to tardiness and absences, managing the daily activities within the clinic, overseeing clinic communication with parents, and ensuring staff daily responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to learn a little about OBM, staff management, and staff supervision. Additional responsibilities include behavioral analytic activities such as coordinating with BCBAs to ensure necessary training of new staff, training on specific procedures, conducting re-assessments, planning clinical activities, and RBT supervision.

Requirements :
- ABA student
- 1 year of grad school in an ABA or related area
- Good standing with the company
