Qualifications/Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Preferred to have passed Fundamental of Engineering exam and have Engineer in Training certificate
- Preferred to have a personal vehicle and the minimum required Oregon insurance for site visits
- Ability to generate creative solutions to complex projects
- Balances team and individual responsibilities
