Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm; 45 hours per week

As a Structural Design Technician based in Hillsboro, Oregon, you will play a crucial role providing technical support and field coordination within the Structural Tool Install group.
As a Field Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with a team of Designers and Engineers to contribute to the design of state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
Applying your keen observation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, professional design and construction environment.
Reading and interpreting building design drawings to document and communicate field observations effectively.
Engaging with clients and subcontractors, observing and documenting existing field conditions, and coordinating Structural Designs with engineers and designers.
Assisting in producing installation design packages for advanced facilities.
Qualifications - $22 - $26 P/H
Full-time availability on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
A high school diploma/GED.
1-3 years of experience in Structural Design or a related construction field.
Ability to observe and document field conditions.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Entry-level CAD and/or BIM skills.
Design drawing knowledge or the ability to read construction plans.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred - $27 to $32 P/H
Associates degree in CADD/Engineering or a Construction-related field.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
3-5 years of experience in Structural or Industrial Design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas.
Quick learning ability and a drive to broaden your knowledge base.
Ability to collaborate effectively in various teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
Industrial design experience, including semiconductor facilities or similar.
