JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Studio General Manager is the go-to leader for all employees and members of StretchLab Cherry Creek. At its heart, it is your responsibility to ensure the studio is experiencing revenue and membership growth while optimizing business operations. It will be your job to ensure StretchLab Boulder provides a best-in-class customer experience at every touchpoint, fostering a positive atmosphere for all members and staff while achieving business goals.
Sales
- Responsible for financial performance of the studio, ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets and membership goals
- Act as the Sales Leader for the studio by executing and overseeing the entire sales process.
- Establish a high energy motivating culture that empowers others to delivery consistent sales results.
- Utilize KPI data and ClubReady reporting to drive decisions and strategies to strengthen studio performance
- Lead Mid-Month and EOM business reviews with District Manager and Owners by using KPI’s to recommend studio goals and sales targets.
- Lead regular meetings with Lead Flex and studio staff to review monthly goals and KPI’s.
- Design and implement monthly special programs and incentive-based contests.
- Work with studio team to drive monthly special strategies, set sales goals, and align sales team to achieve results.
Service
- Responsible for owning Member Services and Member Engagement effort.
- Supervise all studio Flexologist's which includes Lead Flexologist
- Ensure Lead Flex and Flexologist team are executing the StretchLab Member Experience Pillars which includes needs analysis, client documentation, membership utilization, and member engagement.
- Monitor and manage negative behavioral/communication habits occurring during stretch sessions.
Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the studio.
- A comprehensive marketing plan should include grassroots, social media, and B2B partnerships to ensure lead generation goals are being achieved.
- Ensure execution of organic lead generation with grass roots marketing, pop-up events, and B2B partnerships in the local community which produce 40% of total monthly studio leads.
- Utilize and execute the StretchLab monthly social media implementation guide.
- Execute strategies to expand followers and network on all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media posts and reviews to ensure all customer reviews are addressed within 24 hrs.
Studio
- The General Manager is the face of the studio and main point of contact.
- Ensure all front desk systems are followed (member check-in, content rich client accounts, telephone/email inquiries, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, changes requests, document scanning, etc.)
- Execute all monthly calls from corporate and collaborate with District Manager and Lead Flex after calls to on how to implement best practices into the studios.
- Responsible for enforcing StretchLab employee handbook, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and execute a personnel strategy so the studio is always adequately staffed for growth.
- Manage all personnel recruitment and hiring while utilizing onboarding best practices to ensure new employees are properly trained, competent, and positioned for success.
- Continuously train, coach-develop, and mentor staff via performance evaluation for ongoing development to establish a high-performance culture and team that delivers a top-notch experience.
- Responsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all employees.
- Review all shift reports and address any red flags seen in the report.
- Maximize capacity utilization via scheduling optimization by managing the studio schedule; work with the team and District Manager to implement changes when necessary
- Responsible for ensuring the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound (stereo, equipment, towels, HVAC, misc., maintenance, supplies, ordering)
