Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale
- Assist clients in buying, selling, investing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Adhere to fair housing regulations and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Manage property listings on various platforms and websites

Skills:

** Active Colorado Real Estate License **
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- In-depth knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate laws
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in CRM and Lead Generation Platforms
- Familiarity with market trends and property values in the local area
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Strong administrative skills for managing paperwork, contracts, and documentation
