Job Title: Strategy Specialist Assistant (Bilingual)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Terms: Full-time Position

Salary/Rate: $20 hourly - Plus Performance Bonus

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8am-7pm & Saturday 9-6

Benefits: Comprehensive 30 day training program. After a 60 day probation period; 2 weeks paid time off (increases yearly), medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k after one year of employment.

Overview

As a Strategy Specialist Assistant, your primary responsibility involves assisting the Strategy Specialist by providing administrative support such as; confirming appointments, following up with clients, taking clients passport photographs, taking their fingerprints for their file and any other administrative duties as assigned. In addition this position serves as a backup Strategy Specialist as needed. This would include taking in-person and virtual appointments with clients to establish strong client connections in order to effectively present pre approved legal strategies that meet their needs.

• Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and guidance on pre-approved legal strategies that align with their goals.
• Possess the ability to serve the client in a consultative manner and hold empathetic and supportive discussions based on often difficult stories.
• Articulate legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
• Present compelling proposals and recommendations that align with the client's best interests.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Sound negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in dealing with client information.
