This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.As a bilingual Executive Support and Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting internal and external stakeholders in IT-related areas. You will work closely with Tokyo Head Office (HO) to help stakeholders overcome language and cultural barriers by delivering appropriate context and background. You will also be responsible for responding to requests from stakeholders in a timely manner, using your problem-solving skills.
In addition, you will use your bilingual skills in English and Japanese to support ITA’s IT expatriates and HO visitors, including senior managements, who are responsible for Technology Governance. You will leverage your administrative skills to ensure that all ITA’s IT expatriates and team members have a productive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist IT senior expatriates, such as arranging and maintaining their appointment schedule, making business travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support
Provide appropriate supports to HO executive visitors, such as interview scheduling, hotel/limo arrangement, room/entrance card preparation, and escort for the visitors during their stay
Develop and integrate reporting materials for IT leaders and HO by collecting necessary information from relevant parties in the US, including translation both from Japanese to English and from English to Japanese in a timely manner
Arrange regular and contingent meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
Attend business meetings as a representative of the team and record key takeaway which should be shared with IT expariates
Support communication between the US and HO by identifying and introducing proper counterparties and by delivering necessary context and background beyond language and cultural barriers
Support IT expatriates administrative tasks, such as supporting on-boarding of new expatriates.
Support team's administrative tasks, such as monitoring and supporting of initiatives and expense control, and setting up office environment
Perform other related duties and participate in special assignments as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
Fully fluent bilingual skills both in English and Japanese including verbal and written communication; able to generate high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels, able to facilitate internal meetings as directed, and able to develop clear and concise documents for the meetings with HO and US senior executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
A basic understanding of Japanese business culture. More than three years of work experiences with/at Japanese company is a plus
A basic understanding of technology terms or a strong mindset to learn the terms through work
Highly organized skills with ability to multitasking, attention to detail, double-check, and response quickly and accurately in a busy environment
Problem solver with strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and ability to work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
The typical base pay range for this role is between $80,000 - $83,700 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
