Why You’ll Love This Role
Everytable completed a $50M Series C, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Business Operations Manager to support and report directly to the Chief of Staff. This person will serve as a critical partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff. The right candidate is a highly structured and resourceful person that will lead high-priority initiatives across Everytable. You should be interested in tackling a healthy mix of strategic and execution-oriented tasks while having the autonomy to make critical decisions. Given our size, there will be plenty of exposure across the business and role fluidity as personal preferences and business needs change. The right candidate is excited by the prospect of wearing lots of different hats and solving tough problems - whatever they may be!
Your Impact on the Mission

  • Biz Ops (40%):*
  • Identify areas of the business that need support/improvement, analyze the situation.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior teams and CEO.
  • Prioritize and project-manage the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Determine and track KPIs and metrics for initiatives.
  • Conduct deep-dive research into various segments of our business, including cost-structure improvements, logistics analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, etc.

CEO Prep & Support (40%):

  • Own and manage the CEO's schedule.
  • Create presentations for key internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate with teams throughout all levels of the company for individual and group meetings with CEO and prepare CEO for those meetings.
  • Partner with CEO to create regular updates for entire company.
  • Partner with CEO to bring to life team building and culture-building initiatives.
  • Manage agendas, travel logistics, and errands efficiently and thoughtfully for CEO and investor visits.
  • Maintain and update CEO’s list of contacts.
  • Partner with IT to provide technology support to CEO.
  • Provide a structured organization system for CEO’s files.
  • On occasion attending & driving CEO to meetings or on real estate tours.

Board & Investor Relations (20%):

  • Partner with Chief of Staff to build Board Decks.
  • Draft regular communications with potential lead investors for Series D.
  • Draft and edit Investor Letters to send to all existing investors.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1-3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or applicable experience at high-growth start-up
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to own large projects and important relationships in fast-paced environment
  • Excitement for startups and building from the ground-up
  • Experience with CPG/Retail/Ecommerce, especially with food a plus!
