Summary

The candidate will be responsible for managing the supplier of Liquid cooling in the USA. This role is critical for ensuring alignment with various teams including Product Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Development Engineering, and Procurement & Accounting. The candidate will drive best-in-class procurement processes in the NPI (Product Introduction) area.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Select suppliers at existing and new project stages to meet cost, time, and specification requirements of development projects.

· Ensure supplier capacity after new product launches for the entire product lifetime.

· Develop an NPI roadmap to pursue process excellence in NPI.

· Identify leverage opportunities in awards to negotiate the best prices of existing standard parts used in NPI.

· Analyze cost breakdowns and identify cost-saving opportunities with the NPI and strategic teams.

· Support and drive initiatives to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of relevant Supply Chain and Procurement experience, preferably in Electronics industries.

· Demonstrated track- record of achieving results in negotiation and supplier management.

· Business acumen, strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, creativity, presentation skills, influencing skills, results-driven, action-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity.

· Strong people and organizational leadership skills.

· High analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel).

· Proficiency in supply chain management principles and procurement processes.

· Understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles, especially in the electronics sectors.

· Familiarity with cost analysis and cost-saving strategies.
