What You Will Be Doing:

You will be providing analytical support and monitoring performance across our Supply Chain regarding supplier performance, identifying current trends and risks, and providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Analyze supply chain data to locate areas that can reduce cost, such as: trade working capital improvements, inventory reduction through better forecasting, and ensuring price reductions are captured in deflationary periods
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
• Drive innovation in data presentation for recognizing buying trends, tracking costs, reporting on supplier performance, and ensuring we are partnering with preferred suppliers
• Create, analyze, and maintain supplier performance metrics
• Function as the sourcing teams Oracle Super User

What You Will Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience supporting supply chain operations such as Demand Planning, Procurement, and/or Inventory Management
• College Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to use complex data to create a clear story that other members of the organization can understand
• Strong ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred), advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Business Intelligence and reporting software
