Job Summary:

As a Strategic Sales Executive at Phenom, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base. You will use your strong sales skills and industry knowledge to identify and pursue potential clients, build relationships, and close deals. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.


What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our AI-powered platform.
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Phenom People in the market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress.

Work Experience

What You've Done:

  • 5+ year’s SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR Technology
  • Strategic executive-level relationships in Enterprise Organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus is an asset
