Please note: This is an onsite position based out of headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track and follow up on action items ensure timely completion.
- Ensure the execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines
- Gather and analyze data and information to generate insightful reports.
- Produce actionable recommendations based on findings to drive informed decision-making.
- Support various projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Build presentation slides
- Take the lead on special initiatives when necessary
- This position is On-Site mandatory at our Headquarters in Santa Monica
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Very hands-on and entrepreneurial. Startup experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
- Basic analytic skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
