SalaryWe are seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business as a remote position.

As a Strategic Pricing Manager, you will be constructing innovative pricing analytics and models to boost deal transformations and streamlining the pricing process. You will be clearly communicating deal profitability and risks to decision-makers. Additionally, you will be responsible for the upkeep of customer pricing models and rate cards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing charge out rates and providing analysis that supports each recommendation.
- Acting as Team Lead on assigned projects and managing the pricing process on large initiatives.
- Providing support and assistance on pricing calculations and use of rates in the pricing models.
- Providing support in performing customer portfolio profitability.
- Assisting in defining and developing corporate pricing strategies.
- Providing advice support and guidance to other Strategic Pricing Analysts as needed.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or other directly related.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Contracts, Proposals, Business Management, IT, or user maintenance of databases.
- Knowledge of CRO Industry.
- Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
- Proficiency in programming and quality controlling complex Excel solutions.
- Ability to analyze resourcing algorithms and costing models.
- Experience in integrating pricing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing effective working relationships.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,600.00 - $131,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
