The Strategic Partnership Specialist reaches out to area businesses, community groups, and agencies to learn about their work, develop relationships, and identify the potential for mutually beneficial partnerships. Strong candidates will enjoy meeting new people, identify business solutions, and are enthusiastic about sharing our mission to help people reach their full potential through education, training, and the power of work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in direct sales, business management, or a rehabilitation field is required.
- Up to four years of additional related experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and video communication platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, are required.
- This position requires a valid Iowa driver's license, proof of required auto insurance, and must pass motor vehicle record screening, dependent adult and child abuse, and criminal background checks.
The Strategic Partnership Specialist wage starts at $19.86 per hour. The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8a - 5p, with occasional work outside these hours, so flexibility in hours is required.
