Job Description
The Analyst, Global Compensation Management (GCM) role will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of a full range of compensation initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will manage various data related components of compensation.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the direction, planning, and execution of Blackstone’s compensation programs for select businesses/support functions.
  • Contribute to solutions that are consistent with Blackstone's compensation philosophy, business needs, federal and state regulations.
  • Partner on data management with our HRIS and Human Resources colleagues to ensure accurate management reporting.
  • Assist in the management of the annual compensation planning process for employees in collaboration with the business and HR team.
  • Prepare compensation analyses and contribute to various compensation projects in support of the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, with a focus in Business Administration/ Finance preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong appreciation for confidentiality
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Office.
  • Ability to communicate (verbal/written) in a direct, concise manner
  • Process/project management skills, and attention to detail.

Expected annual base salary range:
$75,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
