This is a 100% remote position for those located in the United States.

What you'll do:
Be the primary finance business partner to the sales organization, providing end-to-end support to sales
leadership...

• Drive GTM Planning across marketing, sales, and post-sales.
• Own strategic planning for Sales (headcount, expenses, commissions) to support Armis's rapid growth
• Develop profitability & efficiency metrics (B:E, CAC, etc.) to take sales analytics to the next level
• Build dashboards and reports to deliver regular financial updates to leadership (BI-tool driven)
• Support commissions analytics: modeling impact of comp design changes and providing post-mortem analysis (note: this role is not responsible for commission administration)
• Partner with RevOps to deliver best-in-class support for Armis sales leaders
• Lead cross-functional GTM Planning with Marketing & CS and their respective finance/ops teams

Requirements:

• BS degree in finance or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Ops, or consulting/banking in a SaaS or technology field
• Proven track record of business partnership with executives and ability to communicate confidently and clearly
• Able to pivot from spreadsheet to presentation: turn data into tangible business insights
• Knowledge of the SaaS business model and its KPIs (ACV, ARR, retention metrics, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools and ability to learn new skills quickly (Adaptive Insights, DOMO, Salesforce are a major plus)
• Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
• Self-starter who can take minimal instructions and drive tasks/projects to completion
• Willingness to travel up to 1-2 times per quarter (primarily to SF Bay Area and New York)

Salary range guidance for this position is: $125,000-$150,000 per year.
