Under the supervision of the VP of Commercial Enablement will help build and maintain long range market models in partnership with marketing, finance, and commercial operations. This role will help find insights from data to inform Strategic Business planning and reporting to the executive leadership team. This role will have the responsibility to drive data driven insights to support the effective functioning of the US commercial organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Market Models: Build and maintain long range market models in partnership with marketing, finance and commercial operations.
- Data Management: Analyze, collect and/or purchase varied sources of data to address key business priorities.
- Analysis: Analyze data using the latest analytical/statistical methodologies to drive early insights on business performance and improve forecasting.
- Reporting: Create and update reports in Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint and/or other similar reporting tools on key business priorities, including marketing KPIs, business performance indicators, financials and key sales goals.
- Vendor Management: As relevant, source and manage vendors to support data access and analytics projects requiring 3rd party solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, commercial operations and customer success, to validate insights and help drive strategic decisions.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Plan, manage and execute ad hoc data analytics, reporting and presentation to answer key business demands.
- Technology Enablement: Evaluate, implement, and manage analytics technologies, to improve analytics & reporting productivity and performance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt and refine market models accordingly.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience running analytics within strategy, marketing, sales enablement, commercial operations, or a related role in the healthcare industry
- Analytical modeling and forecasting with experience in key tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint etc.) to achieve those objectives
- Strong ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts, interpret large quantities of detailed data, and make decisions and recommendations based on available information
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology marketing & commercialization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills appropriate to the level of audience.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of enabling Strategic Business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics focused role within healthcare
This position has an estimated base salary of $124,376 - $155,000, a cash bonus and stock options. HeartFlow is a mature start-up, pre-ipo market place leader, changing the paradigm in Coronary Artery Disease Diagnostics.
