Owner-Operator Truck Driver (26ft Straight Truck)

We are seeking experienced and motivated Owner-Operator Truck Drivers with their own truck and trailers to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Operate your own truck and trailer to transport various types of cargo, including but not limited to, construction materials, equipment, and oversized loads.
• Safely and efficiently load, secure, and unload cargo, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Plan and execute routes, considering factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on your truck and trailer to ensure they are in good working order and comply with all applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mileage, fuel usage, and cargo details.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to provide updates on delivery status, address any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of truck and trailer being operated for CDL operated vehicles.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Truck Driver.
• Own a reliable and well-maintained truck and trailer (if not Straight Truck).
• Possess a clean driving record and demonstrate a commitment to safe driving practices.
• Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding commercial trucking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and make sound decisions on the road.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures, including any additional safety requirements.
• Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation will be based on a percentage of revenue, determined by deducting business expenses from the gross earnings.
• Security deposit: A non-refundable security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or unforeseen expenses related to the truck and trailer.
