Store Manager(#51)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
- Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and updates
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and sales techniques
