Michaels Jewelers is now hiring a General Manager and an Assistant Manager for our Trumbull Mall location. If you have at least two years of Fine Jewelry Store Management experience please consider joining our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Achieve/Exceed sales goals
* Leadership Skills
* Provide excellent Customer Service
* Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty
* Maintenance of inventory and merchandising
* Utilizes training material to further education of sales skills and product/brands

* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Fine Jewelry Management Experience - 2+ years
* Ability to hire, train, schedule and motivate staff
* Goal Oriented
* Team player with a strong work ethic who demonstrates a positive, energetic attitude
* Computer and Operational skills
* Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
