Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement

-Assist customers over the phone and in the store with questions and orders regarding architectural, commercial, and industrial paint products and coating materials

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently

- Accurately identify and match paint colors

- Valid driver's license is required

- Pay will be based on experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,158.00 - $44,461.00 per year
