Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all store visitors
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Provide support in technology sales, including explaining product features and benefits
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
