Job Title: Stockroom Supervisor

Position Summary:

To supervise all movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
Schedule: 8am‐5pm M‐F. Must be somewhat flexible for off hours, including Saturday availability

Responsibilities:

The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsible for the performance of the department metrics.

 Drive and manage continuous improvement projects in the department

 Provide leadership and direction for staff / lead by example.

 Monitor and assign stockroom employees to the stockroom stations as required by the
workload

 Supervision of incoming parts from the QC Dept including stocking.

 Running picks for production requirements.

 Processing out going final units to the shipping dept.
 Generate back‐order requirement expedite sheets.
 Generate all expedite formats to send to suppliers.
 Process machine shop work orders.
 Other Duties as Assigned

• Strong organizational and problem‐solving skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems

Qualifications:

 Must be a US Person (Citizenship or Green cardholder)
 Fluent in English
 Knowledge of the ERP: Inventory Management and related functions.
 Knowledge of the product‐line structures.

Authorities:

 Access ERP to process various requirements.
 Cycle count and change on hand balance.
 Scrap any out dated age sensitive material.

To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required
authorizations from the U.S. Government

 Must be eligible to serve as an Empowered Official under the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations (ITAR)

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent
at the time and an air‐conditioned and heated office. The noise level is occasionally high.
