Job Title: Stockroom Supervisor
Position Summary:
To supervise all movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
Schedule: 8am‐5pm M‐F. Must be somewhat flexible for off hours, including Saturday availability
Responsibilities:
The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for the performance of the department metrics.
Drive and manage continuous improvement projects in the department
Provide leadership and direction for staff / lead by example.
Monitor and assign stockroom employees to the stockroom stations as required by the
workload
Supervision of incoming parts from the QC Dept including stocking.
Running picks for production requirements.
Processing out going final units to the shipping dept.
Generate back‐order requirement expedite sheets.
Generate all expedite formats to send to suppliers.
Process machine shop work orders.
Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:
Must be a US Person (Citizenship or Green cardholder)
Fluent in English
Knowledge of the ERP: Inventory Management and related functions.
Knowledge of the product‐line structures.
Authorities:
Access ERP to process various requirements.
Cycle count and change on hand balance.
Scrap any out dated age sensitive material.
**Must be authorized to work in the U.S.**
International Trade Compliance Requirements (each point only if applicable)
To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required
authorizations from the U.S. Government
Must be eligible to serve as an Empowered Official under the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations (ITAR)
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent
at the time and an air‐conditioned and heated office. The noise level is occasionally high.
