We work with the Olympics, Presidential Administrations, PGA tours, Motorsports racing, the Atlanta Hawks, Zoo Atlanta, yacht shows and more! You'll play an important role in helping us keep a clean kitchen so we can host amazing events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivities!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep the kitchen clean, wash dirty dishes, and get food ready when needed. Make sure the dishwashing area is tidy and organized.
- Set up the areas where dishes are washed, including the dishwashers and sinks.
- Help set up and take down the tables and areas where food is served during events.
- Help get all the food ready and deliver it to the events.
- Keep the floors clean and dry the whole time you're working.
- Wash and neatly put away dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and containers.
- Change the water in dishwashers and sinks every two hours, or more if it gets really busy. Use the right amount of cleaning chemicals.
- Help put away food deliveries in a timely manner.
- Take out the trash and boxes when they're full during your shift.
- Keep the area where we store dry food and the shelves organized.
- Help keep the China room and warehouse tidy and organized.
- Do the dish cleaning jobs that are listed each day.
- Help with food preparation and other jobs the chef might ask for.

As a preferred caterer to 50+ venues in and around Atlanta, our Off-Premise team spearheads event innovations and culinary experiences to a range of events from weddings, holiday parties, corporate retreats, and social gatherings. We are seeking additional Kitchen Stewards to join the Off-Premise Catering team headquartered from the corporate office in West Midtown Atlanta. Stewards are responsible for a wide range of tasks to help ensure efficient overall operations of the changing event logistics and business needs. Work assignments and tasks can change daily based on the immediate needs of the event calendar.

Work Environment
This position will be stationed out of Proof’s corporate office located in West Midtown. This position will spend majority of time in the kitchen and dish pit area where there will be hot water, chemicals, and typical kitchen equipment and utensils.
