Shift:Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Job Summary:Main responsibilities of this position are providing sponsored project pre- an post- award support. In coordination with Project GATEway Collaborative, Dean, TRC Executive Director, and Dean of Finance, this individual will prepare budget and budget justifications for current and new project, review day-to-day transactions, manage cost distributions, ensure that Principal Investigators/College Grant Office are meeting deadlines. Additionally, this candidate will aid in the development of administrative components. This includes but is not limited to, sub-awards cost share extension budgets, off-campus documents, end of fiscal year processes, and completion of any other UK-specific documents. This individual will have a deep understanding of sponsored project policies and procedures and university rules and regulations.

Preferred Education/Experience:BA in finance/accounting or commensurate education/experience
