Distribution and ordering process of liquid nitrogen for the facility and ordering CO2 tanks for the shared cell laboratory.Access to add individuals to to the UKPD security system and programming facility doors with the Schlage Software. Processing work orders, surplus orders and recycling pick-up.
Shipping and receiving of deliveries and packages daily for ASTeCC occupants. Notifying ASTeCC occupants of deliveries via email. Management of mail room and distribution of mail into ASTeCC occupants mailbox.
Oxygen sensor reset in loading dock. AED monthly testing. How to replace receipt paper in autoclave when necessary.
Operation of forklift when necessary. Manage the utilization of ASTeCC parking spaces. Assist ASTeCC occupants and vistiors.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesBasic computer skills (email, UK programs ie.
work orders). Customer services skills.Basic administrative skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
