We are currently seeking a Development Facilities Coordinator. A Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to Sun Tan City, Planet Fitness, Buff City Soap, and various other locations by facilitating all service calls, preventive maintenance programs and mechanical assets.
** $16- $30/hr Based on experience.

We are currently seeking a Development Facilities Coordinator. A Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to Sun Tan City, Planet Fitness, Buff City Soap, and various other locations by facilitating all service calls, preventive maintenance programs and mechanical assets.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Receive service requests via phone and email
- Check maintenance reports daily for facility items
- Assist salons, gyms, & stores by troubleshooting facility issues prior to placing a service call with vendor
- Update and maintain service tickets and facility service call costs
- Communicate directly with Property Managers, Operations, and Maintenance concerning service calls.
- Maintain strong Vendor relationships.
- Maintain store information to assist the Director of Facilities with Projects
- Maintains service database software and Master files.
- Maintains Brands mechanical Assets, records, and tracking.
- Brand invoice coding, approval, and submission to accounts payable
- Maintain Brands business licenses and file retention
- Assist in the Warehouse as needed with new store sets, remodels, and upgrades.
- Assist in the Warehouse as needed with monthly inventory counts.
- Maintains Brands Preventative Maintenance and Reporting
- Supports all company projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of administrative support experience and or Development/Mechanical related background.
- Knowledge of Glow Brands is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of facilities/maintenance management is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Advanced communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage based on prioritized list of tasks
- Customer-service Oriented
- Tenacity/Results Oriented

Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
- On-call availability (Evenings and Weekends)
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.
- Able to work in small spaces with high levels of noise and temperatures produced from servers and fans.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee must be able to use a pallet Jack and maneuver skids.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel or crouch.
