Starbucks Barista

```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly and outgoing personality, along with your passion for coffee, will create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Strong retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive customer experience
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience in food service or sales is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
