BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT The Centralized Staffing Team is responsible for moving candidates through the hiring process for hourly associates for all locations (Stores, Distribution, and Credit). The Specialist executes the hourly staffing strategy to ensure locations have the appropriate staff to meet business objectives and increase Employee Engagement.
- This position internally will be called a Centralized Staffing Specialist
- This position will be remote but individual should be located in the greater Milwaukee area to come onsite as needed/ necessary.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
SUPPORT HOURLY STAFFING
Uses the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to advance candidates through the hiring process
Provides daily work progress to Team Lead
Executes best practices, communication, hiring, and processes to achieve staffing goals
ENSURES ACCURACY VIA ATS RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION
Maintains confidentiality with all records and information
Updates communication and documentation in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure applications are complete and applicants are accurately executing the hiring process within ATS
EXECUTES EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION ON STAFFING ACTIVITIES WITH APPLICANTS
Communicates accurately and effectively with Candidates and/or Peers
Supports, communicates and champions the Company’s hourly staffing direction
INTAKE & ONBOARDING
Creates and posts job requisitions for multiple locations
Creates offers and processes high volume of candidates through the hiring process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work as a team and effectively interact with others in a remote work environment
Ability to quickly react and change direction as needed
Attention to detail
Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information regarding candidates
Ability to work with multiple computer screens and knowledge of computer systems such as Google
PREFERRED
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Previous HR experience
Prior retail experience and or high volume recruiting
Working knowledge of Workday
Experience assisting recruiting efforts for hourly positions

Extended and weekend availability may be required
