Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assistance with recruiting
- Employee onboarding and pre-employment screenings
- Employee training and orientation
- Host marketing events
- Monitor clock in and clock out for employees / Collect and review timesheets
- Complete accident reports
- Manage employee personnel file
- Conduct JSA's (Job Site Analysis)
- Customer Service/upsell QLM services
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel locally 25% of the time to different job sites.
- HR knowledge

- Group training/orientation
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Construction Safety knowledge/ OSHA 10 preferred.
- Bilingual (Preferred)
