This is an Entry level role, where we are looking for more of a personality that is willing to learn and join our team. The Staffing Specialist will have a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This position will require skills, such as time management, project management, multi-tasking, HR, and construction safety knowledge. Commission is offered after three months, with no cap.

Responsibilities:
- Assistance with recruiting
- Employee onboarding and pre-employment screenings
- Employee training and orientation
- Host marketing events
- Monitor clock in and clock out for employees / Collect and review timesheets
- Complete accident reports
- Manage employee personnel file
- Conduct JSA's (Job Site Analysis)
- Customer Service/upsell QLM services
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel locally 25% of the time to different job sites.

- Construction Safety knowledge/ OSHA 10 preferred.
