Responsibilities and Duties
- Implementing and executing staffing solutions that meet our clients needs and comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Being the main point of contact for DCS clients in an assigned territory
- Receive staffing needs from our clients and work in a timely and efficient manner to deliver on those needs
- Be a resource that provides conflict resolution to our clients
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct candidate sourcing/screening to accommodate both the needs of our clients and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure our clients needs are met with reliable and professional talent
- Share on call responsibilities on a rotating schedule for after hours customer support
