Job Description:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and implementation of cost-effective testing methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products. Your responsibilities include creating test solutions for both wafer sort and final test phases, developing test and diagnostic programs, designing test fixtures and equipment, and completing necessary specifications and procedures for new product development.
Collaboration is key, as you will be working closely with design, Design for Testability (DFT), and product engineering teams to define the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test strategy and specifications. Additionally, you will engage with manufacturing sites to ensure a seamless production ramp, sustaining efforts, and continuous improvement in production testing.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of semiconductor Test Engineering experience, specifically with analog-mixed signal products, encompassing DFT, test plan development, production support, and new product introduction.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming is required.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or ETS-364 ATE platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional development team.
- Strong expertise in test development and debugging skills, particularly on ETS-88 or ETS-364 ATE platforms.
- Proficient in schematic and hardware design.
