As a Staff Software Engineer specializing in process automation, you will orchestrate the design and implementation of scalable robotic process automation solutions using industry-leading tools. Your role will involve optimizing business processes through automation, contributing to the efficiency and innovation of our solutions. Working collaboratively with multi-functional teams, you will play a key part in projects that significantly impact our operational effectiveness, showcasing your expertise in the field of robotic process automation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and design automation processes accordingly.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to find opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Work closely with business collaborators to optimize processes and identify automation potential.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA technology and continuously enhance technical skills.
- Develop and implement robust testing procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automation solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation for developed RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on the progress of automation projects.
What we need to see:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Microsoft Power Apps, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
- Experience with Python, or a similar OOP language.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
