This client is looking for both Staff and Senior Internal Auditors to join their team. They are a manufacturer of packaged beverages & foods and their strategy is to be the leading supplier of private-label food & beverage products. They plan to do this by providing the best balance of quality and value to their customers.
This Internal Audit team values innovation, teamwork, impressive results, and mentorship. As a new team member, you will have the opportunity to grow their Emerging Risk & Response capabilities.
You will:
- Leverage research and other risk insight tools to maintain & establish controls-based assurance programs
- Perform operational audits
- Support our multi-tenant controls framework testing in ESG (SASB), Cybersecurity (NIST), and other emerging risk areas.
- Demonstrated success in hosting effective workshops to understand Management's current practices relative to common frameworks, identifying key risks and controls, and solutioning recommendations and/or roadmaps for compliance.
- They offer a very flexible hybrid position that invests 1-2 days per week in office!
- They have brand new leadership that has changed the company in exciting, positive ways!
- They have changed the audit to be a talent feeder to the business, an advisory arm, and not just a compliance function!
- They have also cut nearly half of their SOX controls that were unnecessary, and next year plan to reduce this to 25%!
- They are also introducing data analytics and robotics/automation into IA now!
So, if you have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, 3-5 years of operational audit experience in big four, manufacturing, or Fortune 500 companies, and a relevant professional certification...I want to hear from you!
