Stryker is hiring a Staff QMS Training Specialist (Hybrid or Remote) in Weston, Florida, supporting our DRE (Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technology) business.

 

As a Staff Training Specialist, you will join the DRE (Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technology) QMS team. DRE focuses on research and development of digital, robotics, and enabling technology products and works in close partnership with all Stryker commercial divisions. The role will align with the vision of DRE and will strengthen our RAQA team to improve and maintain the quality management system.

 

This is an incredibly exciting position and will allow you to be involved in the improvement and maintenance of a QMS (Quality Management System), enabling the success of Stryker’s growing area of digital, robotics, and enabling technologies! 

 

Work Flexibility: This role can be Hybrid or Remote

What you will do

  • As a team member of our QMS team you will play a key role to improve, maintain and report on the training program to support the DRE Quality Management System.

  • You will work with process owners and managers to ensure that DRE employees receive appropriate training assignments in accordance with quality system requirements. This includes ongoing establishment and evaluation of curricula and user groups in our learning management system (LMS).

  • You will collaborate with our divisional partners to ensure that cross-divisional team members will receive efficient and adequate training assignments to fulfil their roles.

  • You will drive relationships with the Stryker Corporate LMS Shared Services team in the maintenance and administration of the LMS to provide business support over whole Stryker.

  • You will influence positive quality outcomes across DRE by helping employees navigate the training process and building strong relationships with process owners, managers, and partners.

  • You will be participating in decision making and leading discussions on quality systems departmental issues.

  • In addition, there is the possibility to take over different tasks (beyond training) in the QMS.

 

What you need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 4+ years of experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, course design, LMS administration, training development, QMS knowledge, and/or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of a regulated industry like medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Advanced working knowledge of LMS software, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel. 

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.

 

 

$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data.  Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
