Staff Physical Therapist

We are hiring for a Full Time Physical Therapist to join an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy practice in Winchester, VA.

We provide Physical Therapy throughout Northern Virginia. Helping our patients meet and exceed their goals is our top priority. We are looking for licensed Physical Therapists to join our team.

You will provide one on one patient care.

We will train you with our EMR system.

You will join a staff of PTs and PTAs on the team. We take a team approach to caring for the patient.

We serve major medical commercial insurance patients and private pay patients.

Physical Therapist Salary

$90,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience with full benefits

Work Schedule: M to F 9-5. 2 short days. 3 long days. Schedule is flexible.

Physical Therapist - Job Duties

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to and observing patients as they move about
• Develop an individualized treatment plan
• Coach and teach patients therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
• Use hands-on therapy such as massage and stimulation to ease pain and promote healing
• Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while making necessary adjustments accordingly
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process​
