```Duties:```
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients and answer their questions regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness, safety, and adherence
- Perform medication order verification and review for appropriateness
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs
```Qualifications:```
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in the state of California
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Proficient in utilizing pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
