The Staff Operations BI Analyst reports to Sunrun’s Lehi, UT office. Telecommuting is an option for this position. Salary offered: $154,950.00/ year.

Responsibilities:

• Coding back end Data Structures, Architecture and flows-- 7.5% of the time

• Quarterly Forecasting Capacity Planning-- 10% of the time

• Statistical modeling best practices, regression analysis 5% of the time

• Mentoring more junior analysts on best practices and professional development -- 7.5% of the time

• Data + Analytics training and advisement with key individuals in the supported departments. Learning first hand where the pain points are and teaching individuals to fish, rather than handing over ready made solutions-- 5% of the time

• Performance Dashboard Creation and Maintenance -¬20% of the time

• Identifying and reporting upon subject matter KPIs-- 15% of the time

• Ad-Hoc reporting needs-- 10% of the time

• Data Source research- 10% of the time

• Process and Report Automation --10% of the time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in MIS, Data Science or Statistics

• 3 y. exp. as a Business Intelligence Analyst and/or Operations Research Analyst, working with business users and technical staff to create quantitative evaluative models, metrics modeling, and process re-engineering to solve technical business needs. Must include 3 y. exp. using SSRS SQL reporting; SAS SQL for SAS Analysts; Microsoft Power BI; SAP TERP 10; Tableau; Python; Power Query/Power Pivot; VBA Macros; Share point lists; R Programming; Agile Methodology, JIRA, Salesforce, as well as with Snowflake Big Query databases.
