Staff Nurse (Part-Time/Full Time)

Our modern, spacious Adult Medical Day Care Center, conveniently located in Elmwood Park, NJ, is seeking a registered nurse to join our dedicated team of health care professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Staff Nurse plans, provides, and documents nursing care provided to our culturally diverse population of clients. Responsibilities include performing initial and quarterly assessments, writing quarterly care plans, monitoring vital signs, documenting MAR and activities of daily living, and writing trigger notes, as well as communicating health care information to family members and health care providers in the community. Willing to consider entry level applicants. No weekends.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.84 per hour
