Staff Engineer, Test - Enterprise Applications (Oms)

Job Description
JOB DUTIES: Staff Engineer, Test - Enterprise Applications (OMS) for Neiman Marcus Group LLC at its facilities located in Dallas, TX. Participate in requirement analysis, design session and story grooming session to come with effective test plan and coverage. Plan and Execute System, Integration and End to end testing for Enterprise Applications. Drive test engineering meetings (Planning, Status, Defect triage) involving cross functional and business teams. Develop technology agnostics automation frameworks/scripts relevant to Enterprise Applications to drive end to end test automation to increase productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional end to end teams to triage and resolve technical issues. Develop and enforce software quality best practices, including coding standards, frameworks, strategy, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing. This position is open to remote work from approved locations in the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or closely related IT field. Experience must include eight (8) years' post bachelor progressive experience in Retail business and Information Technology. Experience must include five (5) years' experience in the following: Order Management package solutions in Retail domain; Agile and Waterfall project environments; Handling end to end integration testing with Retail Enterprise Applications. Experience must include three (3) years' experience in the following: Oracle or MySQL databases; Selenium, Karate, Cucumber, RestAssured, Maven, TestNg test automation frameworks.
