Moore Twining Associates, Inc. has a history dating back to 1898 and has grown into a multi-disciplined consulting firm with six divisions specializing in Construction Inspection, Materials Testing, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Services, Drilling Services and Analytical Chemistry. Our staff consists of Registered Civil Engineers, Registered Geotechnical Engineers, Registered Geologists, Certified Engineering Geologists, Certified Inspectors, Engineering Technicians, Chemists, Drillers and Administrative Staff.
Moore Twining is currently recruiting for a Staff Engineer in our Construction InspectionDivision. Candidates should have passed their EIT exam, have a BS in Civil Engineering and an interest in Construction Inspection/Materials Testing.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare proposals, research bid requests, interact with clients to secure signed contracts;
- Review project RFI’s and submittals and provide responses;
- Perform professional duties, including research, regulatory review, site visits, data analysis, evaluations, technical report preparations, plan review, etc.
- Meet the project schedules of our clients and contracts. This includes tracking production schedules, contract terms, and generating necessary change orders.
- Project management responsibilities including attending pre-construction meeting, pre-bid meetings, etc.
- Core work hours will be Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with overtime as needed. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
- All other duties as assigned.

Range of Hourly Wages: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour depending on certifications and experience
