Staff Attorney

Staff Attorney will represent the Chapter 13 Trustee in all aspects of case administration, including but not limited to litigation and appearances in Federal Bankruptcy Court, conducting 341(a) meetings of creditors via Zoom, preparation and filing of legal pleadings, and legal research and writing. Applicants must have an active Mississippi Law License in good standing, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to travel to various courts within the Southern District of Mississippi. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
