Litigation Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively seeking an Attorney to become an integral part of our client's Business Litigation Department in Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale. We are open to candidates with 2-6 years of specialized experience in complex commercial litigation. While candidates have the option to work from any of our offices, remote-working applicants are also welcome, provided they have a demonstrable track record. A federal clerkship background will be given strong preference. We are particularly interested in applicants who have distinguished themselves academically and possess superior writing and analytical capabilities. Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing is highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.
