Duties:
- Represent and defend clients in personal injury and property damage cases.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, conducting discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, including settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois and in good standing.
- Individuals with interest in trial work.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
